Overview

Gadviu accepts returns for unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery to maintain product quality and safety.

How to Initiate

Email support@gadviu.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Conditions

Returned items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Used or damaged returns may not be accepted.

Refunds are eligible within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items such as intimate goods or clearance products are non-refundable.

Process

To start a refund, email support@gadviu.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
